Christmas Kitchen Fun with Grandma Cheryl

The kids asked when Grandma was coming to do gingerbread houses and I asked did they still want to do those or did they want to bake cookies instead. Of course one kid said one thing and the other said the other thing. So Grandma came for both! We found a fun new cookie recipe to try that was stuffed with Snickers and made a nice small batch (plus we had another easy peasy recipe for a second cookie). Yum. And then we shared one gingerbread house to decorate. Both kids helped with both activities and we all loved having Grandma in our kitchen to help! The cookies were delicious and the gingerbread house got decorated as much as either kid wanted to do (I think that was the last year for that!). We had a great time. Thanks for coming, Grandma!
