Happy 4th of July!

4th of July was pretty ordinary around here. We didn't do a whole lot, but we did head to our usual field to watch fireworks. We saw a rainbow on the way- that was so fun! Grandma Mary Kay and Grandpa Larry came with us. The kids remembered that Grandma got a glow ball for them last year and they asked for one again this year...the things they remember! So cute. We had fun with the glow ball, whirly-gigs, catching fireflies (something new this year- the kids really got into that this summer for the first time ever), playing with glow sticks and skateboarding all while waiting for fireworks to begin. A nice and relaxing 4th!
